A 12-BORE PERCUSSION DOUBLE-BARRELLED SPORTING-GUN FOR RESTORATION SIGNED WILLIAM COLLINS, no visible serial number, circa 1835, with fine damascus 28 3/4in. browned barrels (ribs lifting), gold lines at breech, the top-rib signed 'WILLIAM COLLINS MAKER', fully engraved top-tang, both locks detached and absent, chequered walnut half-stock (cracked through and repaired at wrist), 1 3/4in. stock extension in walnut re-using the original heel-plate, provision for ramrod (missing), no trigger-guard
